The food we eat, along with a healthy digestive sytem, are key factors in determining our health and vitality. Many people would like to eat a healthier diet, but find it difficult to know where to start We often don't know which foods are best for us, especially when we are exposed to contradictory information from the media etc. We are also reluctant to give up the foods that we enjoy.

Consultations

In  the initial 11/2 hour consultation a full medical history is taken. We then discuss your individual needs to see what changes are appropriate for you. Clear information and guidance is given, along with support, to help you make some simple changes to your diet. Supplements may also be recommended.

Follow-up Appointments

Occasional follow-up appointments are recommended to see how you are progressing and to further support you in making dietary changes.
